Is there a certain age that cats are supposed to get to that they stop gnawing on you? I'm just wondering, because Bodie has the tendency to aim for the fleshiest parts of my body (like that web between my thumb and forefinger) and lock her jaws shut onto them.

Seriously, though, the only time my cats ever gnaw on me is when I either pet them or play with them for a long time. I think they get overstimulated and feel the need to end it quick. But they never bite down enough to actually hurt.
But with just random gnawing? I have no idea.

Posted by: Sarah(random poster) at June 23, 2005 12:04 AMIt's the weirdest thing. I can be in the t.v. room doing one of those yoga videos and as I bend forward to do "sun salutation" she runs from out of wherever she is and attacks whatever flesh she can get into.
Crazy cat.
