I'm just wondering - what's the point of putting your turn signal on AFTER you've stopped the flow of traffic in your lane? I'm just wondering, because that's dumb.

I was ticketed once for "following too closely" from a similiar incident. I was NOT following THAT damn close. The moron should've put on his signal sooner! *rolls eyes*
